Guiding statement.

Reading, checking, and understanding

1.1 It is your responsibility to open and read your emails; to make sure you read event descriptions; the ORIGEN website; your receipts; and the Small print carefully before joining or ordering anything.

1.2 It is your responsibility to check your own bank statements; to know how your own payment service processor (PSP) operates, and be aware of how a subscription or payment works before joining or ordering anything on this website.

Use of the ORIGEN.earth website

2.1 By joining ORIGEN in any way and by making any orders through this website or ORIGEN’s mighty network, you confirm that you have read and agreed to everything on this Small print page.

2.2 This site is a live document and it is regularly updated. Your access and use of origen.earth constitutes your acceptance of all site content, effective from the date of first use. I may revise any page at any time without notice and this Small print page, in particular, should be regularly checked. Continued use of this site after a change has been made or a policy has been amended is your acceptance of that change or policy.

2.3 I accept no responsibility whatsoever for your personal timekeeping or technical arrangements when downloading or accessing the content in ORIGEN and the Inner Quest.

3) EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance

3.1 I take this legislation very seriously and have taken stringent steps including external evaluation to ensure that Origen continues to be compliant with this legislation.

3.2 In particular, I ask for your consent every time you join an event to receive my newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on ‘Unsubscribe’ in the footer of that email.

Payment service processor (PSP) issues.

1) PSP errors

1.1 In the event you suspect an amount has been taken from your bank account in error, please contact info@origen.earth with a copy of both your bank statement and your original receipt.

1.2 PSP errors cannot be rectified after 30 calendar days. Any exception to this rule is entirely at my discretion.

2) If a payment for any ORIGEN courses, events or Inner Quests fails

2.1 If your payment fails, you will receive an email. It is your responsibility to open, read and act on that email, otherwise, you may lose access to any of the ORIGEN offerings, inner quests, and programs.

Refund policy.

1) All payments for events are final.

1.1 All donations are final. There are no refunds. I do not do exchanges, transfers, or credit arrangements.

1.2 Any exception to this rule is entirely at my discretion.

Disclaimer & legal liability waiver.

1) Website, event & product disclaimer & liability waiver

1.1 You release, waive and discharge myself (Niamh Cronin.), my team, any volunteers, Origen from any and all legal claims and liability, without limitation.

1.2 This includes, but is not limited to any and all types of upset, misunderstanding, offense, injury, loss, damage, disruption or disadvantage at any time - even if you advise me of such a possibility or in the case of my inaccuracy, error or omission - occurring directly or indirectly in relation to any and all types of contact with; participation in; or use of any and all information, events or products connected with the above six parties.

2) Medical, spiritual & therapeutic disclaimer

2.1 I generate an activating energy, which you may or may not be receptive to. I do not change; enter; manipulate; work on; add to; take away from, or heal any aspect of your own personal field. Any change in you in my proximity occurs entirely according to your own source connection.

2.2 I am not a spiritual teacher; a medical doctor; an alternative practitioner; an energy worker; a therapist/counsellor; a healer; an intuitive/psychic; or an expert of any type - nor do I conform to the actions; behaviors; teachings; practices; codes; or expectations you may have of any such parties.

2.3. Nothing that I say is personal advice nor do I offer emotional support of any type.

2.4 Your actions, choices and decisions (or lack of them) are entirely your own responsibility. Please consult a qualified professional in relation to any practical, medical, legal, financial, business, psychological or emotional issue you may have.

3) Physical events disclaimer & liability waiver

3.1 Your presence at any of my physical events is entirely your own decision.

3.2 Your presence at any of my physical events constitutes express and irrevocable consent to the recording of your voice and image - and is a waiver of any and all legal claims and liabilities, without limitation.

3.3 You may not record, video, copy or replicate any aspect of my physical events, including their content.

4) Testimonial consent & release

4.1 Your submission of any oral or written communication and / or testimonials sent in to info@origen.earth constitutes express and irrevocable consent to the anonymous use of your words on the Origen website and official social media pages.

4.2 Any testimonials on the Origen website and social media do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, indication, or prediction of any given outcome.

5) Third-party website disclaimer & liability waiver

5.1 Any website you visit by a link from the Origen website is solely the responsibility of the third party providing the site. Links that may be accessed via this site are for the convenience of browsers only. The content of, including materials and information contained on, any site to which you link from the ORIGEN website is solely the responsibility of the provider of that website.

5.2 Any transactions that you enter into with a third party listed in this site or linked from the ORIGEN website are solely between you and that third party.
