1) Copyright & fair use.

1.1 All creative content including but not limited to audio, video, media and oral/written pieces is subject to full copyright protection under Irish and European law. No content, event, mp3 or mp4 may be used, copied, distributed, published, reproduced, transcribed, altered, modified, re-engineered, sold, re-sold, or re-packaged in any way.

1.2 If you wish to use Niamh’s content in any way you must ask Niamh’s permission first before (not after) doing so and obtain that permission from her in writing.

1.3 All content produced by: Niamh Yvonne Cronin. is for personal use only by the individual who has registered and paid for Origen or The Inner Quest. It may not be reshared with others personally or used professionally to educate others for free or for money. 

1.4 You may neither record, re-record nor edit any such recordings, videos, content, or words, at any time, in any way.

1.5 All visual works on the ORIGEN website or within the ORIGEN ecosystem and app (photographs, digital images, paintings, posters) are Niamh's intellectual property; or from Canva or Shutterstock which copyright has been obtained. All my own images cannot be reused unless prior written agreement.

1.6 For any cases of alleged copyright infringement of Origen.earth or Niamh's work, it will be acted upon accordingly. If you also see or notice any violation of this copyright agreement please email our team: info@origen.earth.

2) Sharing Niamh's work with others.

2.1 If you wish to enable people to join ORIGEN or The Inner Quest, you may not share your own access or password with someone else.

You may only use the given payment/registration link when sharing any event and/or product. 

2.3 You may not share the product content, including any transcription of any event or product - in any way, on any medium, at any time - including on, but not limited to, social media platforms.

2.4 You must include the link origen.earth when sharing any of Niamh’s social media posts or quoting her. Any quote must be verbatim; and it may not be more than 3 sentences. 

3) Social media pages & groups.

3.1 You may not use any of Niamh’s images; artworks; or any representation of her image or work on your social media or groups There will only be one group space for all members to connect and this is the ORIGEN ecosystem. You can direct all other people here to register for themselves: www.origen.earth.
